INSIGHT – Ironbridge – Valley of Invention
Agenda was appointed by Ironbridge Gorge Museum trust to resolve the complex branding strategy for Ironbridge and multiple venues under its umbrella. The challenge was to change negative perception from The Birthplace of the Industrial Revolution.
IDEA
The solution needed to be simple, strong and connected to reposition Ironbridge under the brand idea and descriptor: Valley of Invention. We created strategic guidelines outlining the purpose, principles and messaging pillars. We then created a new logo and a brand architecture for the parent brand, 11 venues and the museum trust.
IMPACT
Introducing the new proposition, brand identity and campaign “Where Great Minds Changed the World” we shifted mindsets and increased visitor numbers by 42%.
